Its simple just stand facing the camera, side view and rear view then just email your pics or mail us a cd. You can even send us video of yourself doing your favorite activity so we can evaluate your weaknesses and limitations.

We will send you a summary of our findings, basic exercise photos and descriptions to help correct your imbalances. All this for only $59.99, you would pay hundreds for this in a clinic.

Video Analysis

Functional Video Analysis is a two step process whereby anyone with or without injury can have their biomechanics evaluated. A person performing their recreational activity is analyzed using video equipment to determine areas of function and dysfunction, within their musculoskeletal system.

Fit and Functional uses this technology to video tape our clients and analyze every movement. Using sophisticated tracking software, our clinicians will be able to make better suggestions to improve biomechanical movements. Perhaps it is to improve a golf or tennis swing, evaluate a jump shot, or simply an everyday person who has chronic back pain.
