Every one of our trainers are nationally certified, have completed Westchester Sports and Wellness specialty courses and shadow a doctor and Master Trainer before seeing any clients. Our in-depth knowledge of the human body allows us to safely prescribe exercises that directly relate to an individual's goals. In addition to helping the general fitness client, we have trainers that are specialists in areas such as golf, tennis, football, soccer, squash, baseball, running, power lifting and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Stretching & Flexibility Training

Through experience, we have found that by performing even the most basic stretches, you can eliminate everyday aches and pains and help prevent future injury. Let us teach you proper stretching techniques and introduce you to stretching methods that will not only make you feel better, but enhance performance and overall wellbeing.

In-Home Training

Save time and let us come to you! In-home training is a great way to stay on track with your fitness goals without imposing on your busy schedule. You don't need a full gym to get a full-body workout. Our trainers will show you how to do full-body workouts with minimal equipment such as foam rollers, gym balls, set of lightweight dumbells, and a set of resistance bands.

Facilities located in New York City, Hartsdale, White Plains, Rye, and Greenwich, CT. We offer in-home training for those who prefer to work out in the privacy of their own home. In addition, we work very well with corporations and provide in-office training sessions. No memberships are required for personal training. Call for rates!

Kids Fitness

Our staff believes exercise is important for children. We are qualified to train young athletes looking for that edge or an obese child trying to conquer their weight issue. We know what works and what is safe for kids. Kids are different than adults and their training should consider that. All kids are different and can handle different things.
