Fundamental Principles of Functional Exercise
Home Study
This course requires the candidate to have an accredited national certification. Outlines and online study material are provided upon registration of this course. Students study at their own pace and are not required to attend classes. Price includes online study material, Principles of Stretching and Principles of Core Training cecs recognized by ACE, NFPT and NASM.
Exam is given online. Hard copy of manual: $50

1 Day Exam Prep
This course includes a hard copy of the manual, online cecs, and a 6 hour review course. Students will be expected to study the manual before the class. Manual and online study material provided upon registration of this course. Exam is done online at students convenience.

Functional Specialist
This course can only be taken after you pass the fundamental principles course which is included in the price. Students must complete twenty six hours of in house training/shadowing with a Master trainer and online tests. Students learn how to functionally evaluate, prescribe exercise based on findings, proper stretching methods, design programs, muscle testing and basic selling techniques. This course is recognized by ACE, NASM and NFPT for cec credits. Classes are done by appointment. Must complete 26hrs within 8 weeks max. Must pass practical at the end.
