Roger has been a personal trainer serving clients in both Westchester and Fairfield counties for the past seven years. His training focus is on core stability, corrective and functional exercise for everyday activities. A lifelong athlete who started wrestling at the age of nine, he has over twenty years of wrestling experience in both armature and professional wrestling. Formerly with Equinox Fitness (in Scarsdale NY & Darien CT.), Roger is currently the head wrestling trainer at the world famous Gleason's Gym in Brooklyn, NY. Also he will be running the wrestling facility in New Haven, CT.
